At Your Salon
One full day, on site, for up to five of your stylists — built around your team, your space, and the clients you're already turning away.
Everything That Comes With It
The technique, start to finish — invisible and traditional, customizing and installing. The tools and hot equipment, theirs to keep. My vendors, and the exact wording to order with.
Pricing, consultations, and how to build a K-Tip clientele that rebooks — because knowing how to install it and knowing how to fill a chair with it are two different skills, and your team leaves with both.
All of it inside your salon, to your whole team, in one day — plus thirty days of me after I leave, and my online Academy for every stylist, for life.
What a Salon Day Includes
Here's everything your salon walks away with.
Why a Team, Not One Stylist
A trained floor is a service your salon can actually sell.
What Changes on Your Floor
Every salon has her. The one everybody asks for, booked three weeks deep, while the rest of the floor waits on a walk-in.
Train the whole room and that quietly goes away — not because she got worse, but because now they're all her.
They'll all have the polished finish. They'll all have my vendors. They'll all have the same backdrops and tools I use to shoot my own work. And they'll all give your client the same experience, because they learned it the right way, from me, in the same room, on the same day.
Your client stops asking for a name and starts asking for the service. That's the day it's really your salon's.
And I teach both sides — how to customize the K-Tips and how to install them. That's the skill that lets every chair in your salon say yes to the client everyone else turns away!
After I Leave
Training day isn't where I disappear on your team.
Why I Only Take One
I can't be in two salons on the same day, so the salon I say yes to gets all of it — my hands, my eyes, and my full attention on your team from the first head to the last one.
That's the part I can't hand off to anybody, and it's exactly why I read every application myself before I give a date away.
Because then one stylist has the skill, and the rest of your floor is guessing. One person's notes don't travel well.
Here your whole team is taught the same way at the same time, so the service looks identical no matter whose chair the client sits in.
That's fine — I travel to you. Travel isn't part of the tuition; it's handled separately and confirmed in writing before I book anything.
Most teams are. That's exactly why there's a skill assessment for every student before I come, and why your agenda gets built around what your team already knows instead of a script I reuse everywhere.
Five is the maximum, not a requirement. The day is built around the team you have.
I photograph and record parts of every training for the Academy and my own feed. Any stylist who'd rather not appear just tells me in writing beforehand, and that's the end of it.
You apply, I read it personally, and if it's a fit I follow up to book your planning call. Your date is held once the deposit clears and the agreement is signed — not before.
I don't double book a training day, and I read every application myself.
If it's a fit, I follow up personally to book your planning call.
Tell me about your team, your space, and where your stylists are starting from.
A deposit of $6,250 reserves your training date. The remaining $18,750 is due fourteen days before I travel to you, and travel is invoiced separately from tuition. Every term is confirmed with you in writing before you pay anything.
