Certification is not automatic and is not based on course purchase alone. It is earned through demonstrated technique, real client experience, professionalism, and consistent quality work aligned with K Tip Academy standards.
Only stylists who meet these requirements are approved and listed on this page.
The Standard
Completed required K Tip Academy training
Minimum 3 months active in training or 3 months post in-person class
Completed multiple real client installs
Submitted work for review
Demonstrated clean sectioning and precise placement
Showed consistent bond size and natural blending
Understands client care, maintenance, and removal
Maintains professional presentation and communication
What It Takes
Students must be enrolled in K Tip Academy for a minimum of 3 months or be at least 3 months post in-person training.
A minimum of 5 completed K-Tip installs is required. Strong candidates will have 8–10 installs completed on real clients.
Applicants must submit before, during, and after photos showing sectioning, placement, and final results.
Work must demonstrate clean technique, proper placement, natural movement, and a seamless blend.
All submissions must be clear, well-presented, and reflect client-ready results.
